English willow is softer and lighter with superior rebound (“ping”) — the choice for leather-ball and league cricket. Kashmir willow is denser, heavier, tougher and much cheaper, making it perfect for beginners, schools and tennis or tape-ball formats. Not sure? A Grade 4 English willow often costs about the same as premium Kashmir and performs better with hard balls.

Our Heritage and Elite English willow bats are factory pre-knocked, and we still recommend 2–3 gentle net sessions with an old ball before match use. Every bat ships with a fitted anti-scuff facing, and our Bat Care Kit covers oiling and ongoing care.

Yes — we regularly ship to Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia at flat tracked rates shown at checkout. For other countries, contact us and we’ll quote carriage. International customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes levied on delivery.

Unused items in original condition — all tags attached and protective packaging intact — may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returns are inspected before approval, and approved refunds are issued after inspection. Read the full Refund Policy.

Usually, yes — because nothing is charged online, amendments are easy. Contact us within 12 hours of ordering (or before you’ve completed payment arrangements) and we’ll update sizes, quantities or shipping details, or cancel entirely.

Every product is sourced factory-direct and inspected by our own team in Greenville, NC before listing. Bats are graded honestly by willow quality, balls are match-weight and composition verified, and protective equipment is selected against current safety guidance. If an item ever falls short, our 30-day policy covers you.

Manufacturing defects present on arrival are always covered — send us photos within 7 days of delivery and we’ll replace or refund. Natural willow characteristics (surface cracks, grain variation) and damage from use, water or poor care are not defects, but our team will always advise on repair options.
