These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of ikiasportsllc.site and any purchase from IKIA Sports LLC (“IKIA Sports”, “we”, “us”), 924 Gum Swamp Church Rd, Greenville, NC 27834, United States. By using this website or placing an order, you accept these Terms.

1. Orders & Acceptance

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the listed products. An order is not accepted — and no contract exists — until our team has confirmed stock, contacted you to arrange payment, and payment has been completed. We may decline or cancel any order (for example due to stock errors, suspected fraud or pricing mistakes), in which case any payment already made is refunded in full.

Payment arrangements: online payment processing is currently unavailable on this website. After you place an order, our team will contact you regarding payment arrangements within one business day. No order is charged automatically. Please do not email card numbers; our team uses secure channels for payment.

2. Pricing & Availability

All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD) and exclude shipping and any applicable taxes unless stated.
Sale prices are valid while displayed and may end at any time.
Coupons cannot be combined, hold no cash value, and minimum-spend thresholds apply to the merchandise subtotal.
We work hard to keep stock and pricing accurate; occasional errors may occur, and we will always contact you before proceeding if so.

3. Products & Descriptions

We describe and grade products honestly and inspect equipment before dispatch. However, cricket equipment is partly a natural product: willow grain patterns, colour, blemishes and minor weight variation are normal and do not constitute defects. Product imagery is representative; slight variation between images and delivered goods may occur. Protective equipment (helmets, pads, gloves, guards) reduces but cannot eliminate the risk of injury — always play within the laws and guidance of the game.

4. Shipping, Title & Risk

Delivery estimates and rates are set out in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk pass to you on delivery to the address (or pickup point) provided. International customers are the importer of record and responsible for customs duties and taxes.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy: unused items in original condition with tags attached and protective packaging intact, returned within 30 days, inspected before approval, with approved refunds processed after inspection.

6. User Responsibilities

Provide accurate, complete checkout and contact information.
Inspect equipment before each use; retire damaged protective gear.
Follow product care guidance (e.g., bat oiling and knocking-in).
Use the website lawfully — no scraping, interference, fraudulent orders or misuse of our systems.
Keep account of communications; our team will never ask for card details by plain email.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — the IKIA Sports name and shield logo, series names (Heritage, Elite, Pro, Club, Academy), text, photography, graphics and design — is the property of IKIA Sports LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, republish or exploit any content without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) the website and products are provided with the warranties required by law and otherwise “as is”; (b) we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses (including lost profits) arising from use of the website or products; and (c) our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the purchase price of that product. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold IKIA Sports LLC harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the website or products.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, and the courts of Pitt County, North Carolina shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms; the version dated above applies to orders placed on or after that date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
